Abstract Ketidak seimbangan volume perdagangan antar wilayah menyebabkan terjadinya kelebihan kontainer kosong pada satu wilayah, dan kekurangan kontainer kosong pada wilayah yang lain. Keterbatasan kapasitas storage area pada wilayah yang kelebihan kontainer kosong menyebabkan permasalahan bagi pengelola terminal untuk mengelola kegiatan operasional terminal. Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan ruang gerak pada terminal kontainer. Pihak pengelola terminal kontainer akan melakukan alokasi kontainer kosong agar dapat menjamin kelancaran operasional terminal kontainer. Sebagai pihak yang menggunakan jasa operasional terminal dan memiliki kontainer kosong, shipping line akan terkena dampak dari setiap keputusan yang dilakukan oleh otoritas terminal. Pada penelitian ini objek kajian adalah terminal kontainer pelabuhan Pontianak. Entitas PT Pelindo mewakili sudut pandang pengelola terminal kontainer, dan entitas shipping line mewakili sudut pandang pemilik kontainer. Dikembangkan sekenario alokasi dengan pendekatan PT Pelindo dominan dalam alokasi kontainer kosong dan shipping line sebagai pihak yang terkena dampak pengambilan keputusan dari pengelola terminal. Abstract Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani pasca panen jagung setelah jagung dikeringkan adalah berkaitan dengan pemipilan jagung. Proses pemipilan yang biasanya dilakukan petani dengan cara manual menggunakan tangan, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Produktivitas petani dalam memipil jagung rendah, karena hasil pipilan sedikit dan petani cepat lelah. Belum ada mesin yang digunakan untuk membantu petani jagung dalam proses pemipilan jagung. Hal ini dikarenakan mahalnya harga mesin yang ada dipasaran dan petani belum mengetahui teknologi untuk pembuatan mesin pemipil jagung. Rancang bangun mesin pemipil jagung dibuat untuk membantu Kelompok tani Desa Kuala Dua meningkatkan hasil pipilan jagungnya. Berdasarkan percobaan yang dilakukan diperoleh rasio permenit untuk kapasitas produksi yang dapat ditingkatkan dari penggunaan mesin pemipil jagung dengan pemipilan secara manual adalah 10 : 1. Berarti dengan menggunakan mesin pemipil jagung yang telah dirancang dan dibuat dapat menghasilkan 1 kg biji jagung pipilan permenit. Keywords rancang bangun, mesin pemipil jagung, kelompok tani.

Abstract One of the main processing cassava into Modified Cassava Flour (mocaf) is slicing . So far, operators still do slicing cassava using manual tools with hand gestures repetitive. Its effect, operators complain of stiffness , pain in the arm muscles and fatigue , frequent breaks so that consequently the operator takes a long time to clice of cassava . Therefore, the authors intend to design a slicer machine wake cassava based anthropometric workers , so that workers can work safely , comfortable , healthy , in accordance with the principles of ergonomics so as to reduce musculoskeletal complaints and save time slicing to be more efficient and effective. Given method is to use a questionnaire measuring musculoskelatal complaint Nordic Body Map ( NBM ) and processing time slicing the operator using a stop watch before and after using the machine slicing of cassava . Then designing wake slicer tool cassava using anthropometric data operator, and the operator ergonomics intervention. The results achieved in this research is the machine slicer of cassava that adjusted for anthropometric data of workers. Scores of workers experienced musculoskeletal complaints was 17.08 before the intervention , after the intervention decreased with score of 2.77. and cassava processing time using a manual perajangan 18 min/kg, after using the machine chopper dropped to 2.12 min/kg . Abstract This research aimed to design and construct PLC based press machine to produce parquet from coco fiber in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 01-4449-2006). Researchers conducted a factorial experiment on the composition of the material forming the parquet to have been a factor in the study of high density < 0.84 g/cm3 and medium density factor is 0.40g/cm3 to 0.84 g/cm3. Next step is designing the construction and workings of PLC based parquet press machine, mold the parquet and conduct testing molded parquet products based on the guidelines of the National Standards Agency (BSN) on standard fiber board is SNI 01-4449-2006 . Based on the test results of density, parquet generated by the composition of 50% coco fiber with 50% adhesive and filler classified as High Density Fiberboard and parquet with composition of 65% coco fiber with a 35% mixture of adhesive and filler classified as Medium density Fiberboard. Based on tests of water absorption and water content, parquet with a composition of 35% coco fiber with 65% adhesive and filler or parquet with composition of 50 % coco fiber with 50 % adhesive and filler has been able to meet the requirement . Based on the thick expansion test , only parquet with code C3-IK6 and C3-IK9 qualified to the category of medium density fiberboard. Based on the tensile test perpendicular surface firmness, parquet printout for the composition 35 % coco fiber with 65 % adhesive and filler, and the composition of 50% coco fiber with 50% adhesive and filler has a surface perpendicular firmness pull more than 1.5 kgf/cm2 thus meeting the requirements. Based on the constancy test flexural fracture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity firmness (MOE), test of parquet in this research meet the requirements of SNI No. 01-4449-2006 to the category of medium density fiberboard Type 15. Abstractâ€“ There are several place of fish auctions and fish debarkation in District of Sungai Kunyit. The fish waste that produced in District of Sungai Kunyit can reach 10 tons per day at a price of Rp 400 per kilograms up to Rp 500 per kilograms, if the fish waste is developed through the making of fish meal, it will increase the income of fishermen group that processing the fish waste. The things mentioned above become the basic consideration for the field team to do The Service Activities on Society on District of Sungai Kunyit with socialization and sequential in the making of the fish meal machine that will be a business opportunity to improve the welfare of fishermen. Producing fish meal from the fish waste need several steps, the fish waste must be drained first, and then processed through the fish meal machine. The fish meal that produced can be sold to groups of catfish farming and poultry farmers as feedstock for fish feed and animal feed. With the availability of the fish waste processing machine, hopefully it will give significant influence on the improvement of living standards, especially to fishermen groups from District of Sungai Kunyit that could ultimately increase their income. Abstract The availability of adequate transportation infrastructure data is something that is very important in the development of transport infrastructure policy formulation. The study is to construct a system of geographic information Kapuas Hulu transport infrastructure built web-based. This study requires transportation infrastructure data obtained from relevant agencies, field surveys and various reference sources. The study provides a geographic information system of transportation infrastructure Kapuas Hulu web-based GIS. The system can handle the data input process and the search process data and perform spatial functions properly. The system can also show the spread of transport which is described in the form of maps so that users know more clearly the existing transportation in Kapuas Hulu.
